Is the noise affecting other neighbors too? If it is, you could talk to them and come up with something I guess. Maybe a bigger group of people complaining about the same thing will have a greater effect

You could try to play some soothing music to mitigate the noise a little too

I actually think the general population is moving in that direction and its not specific to just a certain company or job. Got so many friends around me divorce because of adultery its actually very depressing.
