went for my gynae visit at KKH yesterday. Saw my little baby moving the little hands. seems like waving at me and husband. baby is now 3.9cm and EDD 10 February 2011.

claramimi, haha, bingo.has been with them quite long and so far so good. no need 50 bucks la...one piece enough for one family of 5 members. i normally break it into smaller pieces and cook small piece every time. only me and husband eating. he pay i eat...haha...

talking about birdnest, i did some research and found this website www.purenessbirdnest.com.sg. quite informative. you all might want to read to see how to select pure birdnest. like what Happy mom say, most of the birdnest not pure and not good for mum and baby.

nana, what i did was eat little each meal but try to have more meal. Like 2 to 3 hour eat a bit (fruit or snack) i also started to drink milk, soya milk before sleep and first thing after wake up.
