    Same here. It is so bad that I am losing 1kg per week. I am not taking any medicine but I try to eat small frequent meals and always walk around for 5 mins after eating instead of sitting down. It kinds of help and I skip very acidic food.

    No fix Gynae. I go sgh then apparently the nurse says every visit will just go to the available doctor

    That is what I am doing currently. The doctor suggest that if if I don't feel comfortable then change to private.

    Hello! First timer here too. I went to Gynae yesterday due to discomfort and got the news. EDD is in September. I was totally unprepared and felt so worried because I was not eating much due to the extreme bloatedness. However, I felt so much better after reading through this forum!
