Nurse say stool softener takes 2 days to take effect. My trick is to eat dragon fruit. If possible, ask ur hubby buy n bring to u? I dun dare eat much so always eat 1 slice only but it works. Not sure if u have help from home, but i beg my mum to cook extra for me that time. Just simple dish...
