I would recommend sending to a sports programme which helps in the areas you point out. I go with my kids to tots sports programme run by Tinytots (www.tinytots.com.sg) and they really enjoy it, plus they meet other toddlers of their age.

There's one called dewdrops which I have heard maybe in that range, its on Haig Road. There's also a sports enrichment programme which is very good and inexpensive run in the East called Tinytots (www.tinytots.com.sg). Good luck!

www.tinytots.com.sg does a good sports enrichment programme but in terms of school my niece goes to Learning Kidz and has been very happy there
