Hi twins mummies, I am 26 weeks right now and want to know when do you start your bed rest? Or worked until gave birth? I really feel uncomfortable right now. Back pain, vomiting come back, pelvic pain and babies movement are so vivid and difficult to sleep. Is that normal? Any remedies to help?

No dear, it not that way. Usually in gynae room she roughly check baby size, weight n positions. Gynae never do details check up. So if u r having mc twins, u always need to go adc every two weeks for blood flow check up n baby size. After that u need to wait to see duty doc. And up to u to...
