fresh milk should be ok. as long as got calcium? take more meat like beef,fish,.. got calcium oso.. advise by my colleague gyne. coffee dont take for the first 3 month.. gyne got advise.. jus bear wif it. do anything which is gd for ur baby.. hee

Yes if u use CB tat time should be able to c le. yes we should be normal. today jus went for the 2nd scan. hehe saw the heartbeat le!! so happy. its 6w6d now. EDD 17 April. waiting to hear fr u soon! hee

Blur: I tested bfp on 11/8 using clearblue. If ur cycle same as mi 36 days.should be 5wk and 5days. U can go for scan next wk. Should be able to c heartbeat. Hee update us.
