For antenatal checks - If u r choosing your own gynea, no diff between private/ gov.. generally if pregnancy no complications private is more comfy n detailed checks... subsidies govt is standard care..
Personally I went to private at tmc first n when there was some complications at 20wks I went for referral to kkh subsidies cos nicu costs is expensive as private n not so good in tmc also .. but I kept my tmc gynea visit till 33wks so that I have peace of mind..
