Second baby is coming! What shall I do with my 2 yr toddler???

I am gg to deliver soon and I still have no clue how to settle my toddler when I am in hospital. He is so close to me. He needs me to co-sleep and comfort.... is there anyone who has been thru this yet? Could you share your experience??

Hi leimommy,

Don't stress yourself out. Stay calm. Just explain to your elder one that u are going to give birth to his/her baby bro/ sister. Bought the toddler a toy that tell him that it was a gift from the baby. And start practicing to let the toddler sleep by him/herself. Tell the toddler that he must be brave & strong becos he is going to be a big brother.

Thank u!! My elder son seems to like his younger bro very much. He is facing two different emotion now. He kisses his brother very often but rough to his brother too....
If the toys is his previous one he is not willing to share.... but if it's a brand new one he will place it beside his cot bet. I think he is being very nice enough for his age hahahaha.
