WTA: Documents Helper should bring on Home Leave

Hi,

Would like some advise. What are the documents (besides work permit & passport) that the maid needs to bring back to her country on home leave, so that she can return to Spore to work after her leave?

I have done the renewal of work permit, passport, cert of authentication, insurance, contract and paid the OWWA fee. What else do I need to do? Did I miss out anything?
