Any of you are victim like me after engage their service?
My lost is $390 for buying a new hp from Taobao and using their service to ship to SG. They just simply said my parcel(only one HP) went missing and only willing to refund me $100.
I complain to CASE but CASE can't help me either saying this company is not registered in Sg. Checked it's registered in HK.
