I am 16 week pregnant. I have found below pre natal yoga class:

Have anyone attended pre natal yoga at any of the above yoga studio. Please advise which one is good.

Generally what is the cost like?
I've never taken as its my first pregnancy but am interested in the pre natal yoga as well.

It costs around 300-400 for 10 classes.you cn go for trial class paying around 20-50 SGD.u cn start from ur second trimester.

not Sengkang but you might want to try Yoga Inc and the new Safra Punggol

they have pre-natal yoga classes

Thanks for sharing! I also looking for one! The gym I go to has like only 1 yoga class a week and at a time slot that is inconvenient for me!
