Hi mummies
Just wanna share with all mummies who had difficulty losing weight like me
My heaviest was at 76kg aft birth.. went for traditional massage for a month and i lose abt 5kg or so.. however i didnt control my diet.. i love food u know.. Aft trials and trials of efforts, i finally lose weight to 64kg.. within 3mths.. N its staying dat way yeah!!! If u all wanna try e lotion let me know aight.. e struggles i went thru took a toll on me and my happiness in e marriage.. But my hub was supportive all along but being on e overweight side makes me lose my confidence..
