Fillipino maid for Transfer from December 2015

Hi all,
I have a Filipino maid for transfer.
We are a Chinese family and she has been with our household for nearly 3 years.
As my boy is 4yrs old now and going to full time childcare, we don't need a stay home maid anymore.
Her WP expiry is 16 January and I'm looking for a new employer for her.
She speaks and understands English, able to follow recipe book for cooking, she can cook a wide variety of dishes now and her cooking is quite good.
She does housework and looking after my son.
She works with common sense and has no attitude problems.
I am pleased with her work so far.
Before us, she works for another Chinese employer for 4 years.

Hi Karoosel, sorry I am not sure of current Fillipino maid rates. 3yrs ago when I was looking for transfer maid with experience, $500 was the cheapest I could get. New maids were slightly cheaper.

Hi Elaine,
She's 33 yrs old, single.
She's having every Sunday off and additional 3 public holidays off.
Salary, I will let you discuss with her if you're going to interview her...it's too public to write the rate here.... I think.
There's no outstanding loan from her whatsoever. As I did the 1 year renewal by myself last year without going through agency.
