Hihi mummies!
My 2-yr helper is going to due with her contract in Jan next year. She is not perfect but I can trust her to look after my 3 yr old gal when I m busy with my home biz & errands. She also can manage morning school preparation for my 2 elder gals. Though she has mood swing & tend to be careless at times but overall her performance is ok.
Am considering to ask if she would like to extend her contract with a pay rise? May I know what is the market rate for helper pay rise? If you have increased your helper's salary before, can you share how much did you increase?
Anyone has good recommendations of maid agency at North East area?
Many said Myatmar helper is more hardworking, anyone encounter any communication problem with them?
