accidentally ate 2 pieces of braised duck before my mum told me they use herbs like dang gui to cook it! now I'm super worried! anyone ate before and is okay? I had a MC in June so I'm super concerned...

can't eat dang gui definitely! they say braised duck and kway chap usually cooked w it so we have to avoid. all my fav haha
