Blocked milk ducts under armpit?!?

Hi All,
Wanna ask if anyone experienced blocked ducts under the armpit post delivery? It feels like a lump under the armpit & only painful when pressed down on it, otherwise don't really feel it there. Any methods to make it shrink? Thanks!

Hi, only thing that works for me is to massage e lump n areas around it. Massage while u r under a hot rain shower..massage even while nursing or pumping. Will take few days for e lump to subside.

Massaging on the upper back / shoulder after applying warm pad work much faster unless if can't get any help to massage on the back, than no choice but to use lynzie's method. The warm pad serve the same purpose as under a hot rain shower, to loosen up muscles that is causing the blockage.
