Hi, I am starting this thread for mummies, mummies to be and anyone who may have pile issues and to share how their pile came about, ways to treat it and doctor/tcm or healing methods used to overcome it, etc.

Any sharing are all welcomed! :)
Thank you

Mine just went off by itself within a week I've seen doctor but wasn't given anything for it. Drink lots of water

I have been drinking plenty of water but u noticed each time my menses is approaching I will poo and there will be blood.
For the past 2 cycles, I will poo and bleed he day before my menses start. Once started menses 1st day there isn't blood when I poo.. my stool is not hard but soft...at least that's how I feel when I poo... hehe

Just an update.
I see the tcm ans was advised that sometimes the menses will go to the wrong "channel"
It us normal. She also told me to notice if this blood in stool near to AF. Indeed it is.. Other times my stool got no blood.

Just to share:)

Hi to all mummies and mommies to be out there!!

I desperately need an answer, and really appreciated any mommy out there to help me!! I have an internal pile which is unluckily close to the anus opening and not an external one and I had this pile for few years. it doesn't give me any pain or itch (only slight bleeding if I got hard stool). it only come out after every pooping regardless of how soft my poops are, and after it I have to push it back if not it will get uncomfortable or pain.

anyway I went to see a specialist n she say that the only way to remove it is to have surgery to cut it off (cant even use rubber band or staple method) and she say it is totally up to me to decide (cox not severe to become MUST CUT).

Now I am trying to conceive and I don't know whether to have the surgery then conceive or not get the surgery. Cox the doc say after cutting it, it might come back during pregnancy :((((

Is there anyone out there who has similar experience with me ??? or anyone that can advise?

I have haemorroids that flares on and off. I notice it's more on than off these days. It can be quite scary to look down and see blood in the bowl. Went to see a colon specialist and even had a colonoscopy. He said nothing wrong except for piles. Tried the band and that didn't help. Need to go for surgery. In the meantime I need to take medication to help reduce inflammation. Been procrastinating surgery as it requires hospitalisation. Have 3 kids and no time.

Hi,
Is your specialist good/skilful ? If yes, Can recommend ? I have piles since 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my first one. I have 3 children. It's like a bunch of grapes literally. I went to a specialist before . Checked and said they existed internally and externally. On the very same day, asked me want to go straight for surgery and even a colonoscopy! Of course I say no. Mentally not prepared.
It's hurts on and off especially when I get heaty and have a hard bowel movement. Recently they seem to get worst. They hurt so bad until I need to take Panadols to minimise the pain . I am contemplating a surgery but dunno whether should I . Dunno which specialist to go and whether any side effects after the surgery . I cannot afford not to walk for too long.

Any advice anyone?

Hi Jessie,

how is ur piles now?

Does anyone here have experience with Dr Dennis Koh? I have external piles. They're small and not painful but I'm really embarrassed by them.

If you have piles. You can visit Dr Dennis Koh of Colorectal Practice. He is very professional and assuring. He treated my piles last year and I haven't experienced having piles again.
