Postnatal Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Hi all,

Anybody knows of home service for Postnatal LDM? I am most probably not engaging Jamu massage service after speaking to many. Have also been advised by professional therapists that LDM could be a better option but I can't seem to find many options.
