Hair found in Breadtalk Bun

Bought this bun from Breadtalk - Tai Seng HQ this morning (29/10). Almost 3/4 of the Ikan Bilis Bun had been consumed and suddenly felt like a string been pulled out from the mouth. Shockingly, it was a strand of hair. Feeling disgusted. Hoping Breadtalk can give me a good explanation on this matter.

Please DO NOT throw away the bun and report to AVA immediately.
AVA will send their officer to collect the contaminated bun from you for investigation.
