I am sorry to inform you that your items would not be able to be ready for collection by 10 Jul 15. The latest check in Carters 2 days ago showed that the parcel is still with the local post office (attached is the image of the latest status at UPS). I had contacted USA comgateway for assistance with this parcel and now pending their updates. Once I have updates, I will post here for updates.

Dear piggy_piglet, monyetnakal, abbys, chocberry (Spree #70)

This spree has some issues now. I have placed orders in 2 separate orders as 1 has hit the maximum. These 2 orders are shipped in 3 different parcels to prevent GST. I have received 2 parcels but the 3rd parcel is unfound for now. I have chased Comgateway/DHL to give me a reply on this. This is the first time that this has occurred where shipment can't be located upon transit from USA comgateway to Singapore. As a result, some/all of your items have yet to arrive. Will keep you all updated in the main thread on the status of this 3rd parcel. My apologies for any delays and I seek your understanding on this matter and rest assured that I am chasing them daily for updates.

The latest update is that they are still trying to locate the parcel. The approach I would be taking is I will still continue to sort the remaining items first so as not to avoid delaying of collection for the rest of the spreeists. I will still sort according to the weight of your items upon receiving the 3rd parcel. But if it is classified as lost, I will refund to you the affected items' amount as I will be seeking claims from comgateway too. In a way it's good to ship via comgateway as these parcels are all insured against loss. But of course, hopefully the 3rd parcel can be found! I will keep you updated in the pm of each of you.
