So sorry, I made a mistake in calculation for the above order. It should be:
USD 52.98 x 1.42 = S$75.23 - S$46.83 (usd 32.98 x 1.42, balance from previous order) = S$28.40
I transferred you S$42.25 - 28.40 = S$13.85

And another balance at S$ 22.70 (usd15.99 x 1.42)
Total balance : S$36.55
