yullie: I read from mummie and EYS shop sales lady says 3 days after menses 1 bottle, after 1 week one more, another week 1 more bottle, so 3 bottles within the month.

The boss of a medical shop also gave the same advice when I bought the Bai Fong Wan recommended by him. But the usage information on the Bai Fong Wan's box stated 'To consume 1 bottle per dose. 2 doses per day'.

Now, I am confused. Which to follow?


btw, does anyone consume the followings under BFW medication?
- raw/ cold food, white radish/ carrot, tea?


Also, is Ba Zhen actually better than Bai Fong Wan?
