Hi all Dec mommies,

I tested positive on 25 Apr 15 for my first bb. I had an miscarriage 4 years back.

Yesterday I experience bleeding so when to kkh to check. Doc say is normal to have bleeding due to my hormonal changes, so i did an ultrasound but saw an empty sac.

Doc say due to early pregnancy so I still unable to see bb but the sac look ok to her. The scan show i was 5 wks & 1 days. I now taking duphaston to stop the bleeding.

I was very worried as my age is 35 is year & due to my previous miscarriage.

Hi dear,
Stay positive. Ive had a MC before too so I am very worried for this time round.
Just stay in bed, dont move too much ok? As long as you are not soaking your pad every hour, it should be ok.

So glad to have found this group!! 6-7wks right now and due late dec.

anyone knows of a gd gynae in kkh? my doc is a specialist and wont be seeing me after 1st trimester :(

Hi ,my gynea is at Kkh he is prof dr Han how Chuan . Currently I'm visit him at amk Kkh night clinic

My gynae is dr Adrian tan at ACJ clinic. At Thomson medical.
This is my third! MS is worse that when I had my first two. :((((( throw up everyday. I'm a sahm so I also struggle to take care of my girls. Thankfully I have my mum to cook dinner for us.
Counting down till the MS is over, hopefully.
How r u mums coping with yr first tri?
 
anyone on Utrogestan 100mg before?? i was given this due to some spotting last sat . Doc snoop snoop ard and said cervix looks fine and no infection. Heard the baby's heartbeat and doc said its strong .

Have been having slightly more intense lower back ache and slight lower tummy cramp since on the pill...and just feel terrible..no nausea and such....able to eat...

Hi, I'm on Utrogestan also. May I know which doc do u go to? My doc gave me this pill during my first visit (ard 4 weeks) when I said I felt cramps. I realized that most gynaes are giving duphaston but when I checked w my doc he said Utrogestan is better :s

Btw how many pills are u taking? At first I took 1x3 but now is 2x3 because my progesterone is low. Is ur case similar to mine?
 
My first checkup with a random gynae gave me utrogestan, to take 2 pills at night.
My gynae prescribe duphaston though, 1pill day and night

Thanks to @baobeimommy and @mama_ya for your concerns! Really appreciate that. Now i'm trying not to think too much.
I'm on my 9 weeks stint now. So gasssssyyy!! And sometimes its hard to burp or break wind. Will feel stuck above the tummy area...like heartburn. My family going for holiday to Krabi in eary June...i'll be entering m 14th week. Will i be able to go for island hopping? is the speedbot very bumpy? i asked my gynae dat time, he said as long as not so bumpy. But how to know unless you're on the boat already.....haha.

By the way, i read there's a closed page in Facebook. Can pls add me [email protected] ?

I went for my bbmoon at krabi for my first. I was at my 24 weeks. I went snorkeling and island hopping. But try to go nearby island.
 
hi, i am new here. 3rd baby.. wanted to stop at 2, however God had diff plans ;) my first two kids are age 8 (girl) and 6 (boy). Had premmie baby for first 1 ( pre-eclampsia, c-section) then normal birth ( VBAC).. hoping for a smooth preggy and natural birth again this time..

@Excited_Audrey Im seeing Dr Tho CK .During my first visit i mentioned about my cramps but he said it's normal due to the expansion of the uterus, as long as there's no spotting or bleeding. He instructed me to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. He didn't mention anything about my progesterone being low... he just prescribed me with that after the spotting. but i suspect it's low and he just wan to further secure the baby.

The lower backache seems to get better since yesterday night and am able to sleep better at night.

hi happy! i just googled dr han and alot of good reviews. i am considering him, dr june tan and prof john. how do u find him so far?

just wondering if his fees is different because he is prof. or are all the senior consultants fees same as long as u are private patient?
