I made this order with you on 4-Mar, ETA early Apr and you claim the parcel was delivered 16-Apr, until now 27-Apr, after 10days I still did not receive it which is getting me worried because I seriously hope singpost screwup delivery and the packages cost me $55 including local postage. I have never had bad experience with other post ages. Did anyone had similar experiences with late deliveries? Any chance that we can retrieve non registered postages from sender?

i've no control over singpost delivery after i've posted the parcel at the post office when u opt for normal delivery.
like ive replied to u, i've a return address on the parcel and this is the best i can do for normal delivery.
even for my own purchases, i've also encountered lost and undelivered parcels and this is the risk i've to bear when i choose normal unregistered delivery.
 
Hi Burberry, I received the package this morning. I do suggest all spreeist to opt for registered mail to avoid unnecessary stress.
