Hi, I need advise for the best gynae

Hi all

I have been to 2 ultrasound and both gynae has mentioned Im facing mulitples fibroids which might complicate my pregnancy. One of the gynae has mentioned it will affect the supply air to my baby which might cause my baby to deform
Anyone can advise me which gynae has experience is such situation and and guide me through my due delivery?Im currently 10 weeks pregnant

hi, maybe you can try visit Prof Tay Sun kuie from SGH see what his advise.
fyi , SGH has their own sonographer to do all the scan then only gynae will review the result and consult you.
he is pretty experience , my first pregnancy was visiting him. can try call to make apt with sgh first before you down.
I also have a small fibroid during pregnancy, but mine was not affect bb and pregnancy at all.

U might want to check with kkh as they are the experts in handling complicated cases?
Mine wasn't a complicated cases but I had my 2 pregnancy delivered in kkh by prof han how Chuan. And I'm using him again for my #3. My sister also used him for all her 3 pregnancy. Both of us are happy with the services given to us throughout the pregnancy. We are under the private suite patient.

I was having multiple fibroid for my #1 pregnancy too.
I went to few private gynae and decided to go KKH as one of the gynae told me KKH has complete facilities and in the case you need more blood during delivery, KKH will be the best choice. One complication caused by fibroids during delivery is lost too much blood.

My gynae was Irene Chua but she open her own clinic in Gleneagles already.
Sorry, I cant recommend on any KKH gynae for now

@bennyqiqi Does Dr Han How Chuan still deliver as I searched his name from KK website it looks like he is head of another department. I am in the midst of looking for a new gynae. Thanks

Yes he still doing delivery. I just fixed appt with him for my current pregnancy and he is still managing my sis current #3 pregnancy also Every specialist will have their sub-specialize area.

I had a 6cm fibroid too. My gynae was Dr Wee Horng Yen, and I chose him cos he was a specialist consultant from kkh. My baby was safely delivered a month ago.

are u still with Dr Wee Horng Yen?
Can you advise me does he has offer any packages? my fren recommened him to me but hrd he is quite costly as his consultation is charge by timing. if you ask more qns and with his detail explanation u can easily exceed the 10min timing given and this will be reflected on the bills. Is this true?
