Yes it is eligible for free international shipping and additional 20% discount. However the promotion is ending later at 1130am so I may not have enough to close (need at least usd125 to enjoy free international shipping to Singapore). You can check with the other Amazon spree organisers especially those who only need usd37 and below to close a spree.

For your 1st item, it can only be bought by prime member but I am not so I can't purchase for you. You can check with other Amazon spree organisers.

For your 2nd item, the one sold by Amazon.com cannot be shipped to Singapore. I found one seller selling it with free standard shipping (ie no tracking details) and it cost USD145.66 x 1.4 = SGD203.92.

You still can order for such items but it will be via a 3rd party forwarding company ie US comgateway. International shipping charge is payable for such items. There's a way to estimate the shipping fees rather accurately and even purchase a guarantee at USD3 to ensure no surprise in the amount of international shipping payable.
