Hi Spreebabies, I'd just received the pair of crocs I'd ordered. There's serious defect on the strap of one of the shoe such that one side is too tight for my daughter. Have you encountered this before? And can I seek your help on exchange with the crocs website?

Note the right side strap is ok. The left side strap is too short so it is quite a distance from the end of the shoe. If possible please PM me
