if you use the live quote (link as provided) to check, the price is USD11.
as you can see from live quote, the base weight for each package is 0.5kg. so even your item is less than 0.5kg, you will be charged 0.5kg.

but normally when i combine with rest of my shipment and share the shipping, it is arnd SGD5 per 0,5kg
