was wondering abt y vpost did not proceed to repack the bulky box for us which could saved a lot for shipg. noticed below at FAQ section:

Here are some scenarios in which we will not repack:

a. when the package contains leather products, e.g. handbags, purses, coats, etc.
b. when the package contains products with flammable or alcoholic contents, e.g. perfume samples, perfumes, body mist samples, etc. (These products will be disposed off if discovered during the repacking process. Click here to view the list of prohibited items.)
c. when the package is marked 'FRAGILE'.
d. when the package is obviously a gift, i.e. packed in a gift box, secured with ribbon and gift card, etc.

obviously there's a possibility it's due to scenario C, anyway will wait for the box to rch before I can determine the cause. juz b prepared that the shipg could b super ex if I cannot fight with vpost re the repacking case. anyway, I've sent a strong feedback to disneystore.com regd their huge boxes
