Babies with Nanny

To mummies who leave ur babies with a home nanny, do u deduct from their monthly fee if the nanny is unable to take care of baby for personal reasons?

Eg she goes on overseas holidays for a week, so pay her pro-rated fee?

Hi. I nv deduct nanny fee. coz i scared if I so calculative towards her next time I late to fetch my baby. She will start to "charge" me too.

I see...asking cos it seem unfair that we hv to pay when she is e one who can't take care. As if like going to a IFC liao..

Ya. I agree but then no choice. I don wan the nanny to ill treat my child so if I give her the full pay even though gt a few day off. I ok. She happy, my child is in good hand. When I late in fetching her back, I will also buy some goodies stuff for her also. So sort of I don short changed her.
