Am I pregnant???

This morning I wake up and I suddenly feel giddy and keep vomiting... My friend all say I could be pregnant but I treat them as a joke as they always joke around but at evening time even my mum ask me is it I am pregnant then I start to get really scared.... My menus are irregular... So can anyone advise me on this???
