Sharifah, I deliver at TMC, my gynae was Beh ST (hope I didn't rem wrongly). Gynae was encouraging and will ask for my opinion, unlike some will tell me to c-sec just because its twins.

I delivered my twins naturally (vaginal birth). Hard time pushing but I prefer not going under knife. Went on epidural because delivery process longer than single bb. Good luck mummies here!

How do u Bf twins? I find it very tiring n time consuming to feed one by one, basically am feeding whole day. If feed both together, I can't mange myself n need someone to bring bb to me n help position bb, also my hands will be holding on to both bb n can't move at all. Btw, when feeding both...

I hv been taking metoclopramide 3 tablets and fenugreek 8 capsules per day for 2 days but still see no effect. May i ask mummies here how long such medication take effect on u.

Today I finally see some colostrum by hand express. May I ask if hand express is just for initial stimulating? How frequent n how long shall I do that? I can't hand express very well but pump really seem useless now.
