Ya I think sincere ivf not cheap. But i find Dr Fong's charges and medicines reasonably priced compared to other private gynae/specialist. And he doesn't push for unnecessary procedures. But i was lucky to bfp the first time so maybe I haven't seen the 'aggressive treatment' side of him. Which...

I did my ivf with Dr Fong Yang. Bfp with twins on my first try with him. I disagree that he isn't an ivf specialist because he has a good track record for successful ivf though he is low profile, which is Smth I like about him.

    2017 IVF mummies

Hi, there is no income requirement for two embryo transfer. It all depends on your gynae and your comfort level :)

    Genetic Ultrascan vs Amniocentesis

I'll just like to say that I'm very glad to know both your twins are fine and the worries and pain are now behind you :)

Husband and I was considering either one or two, were super undecided. My gynae and embryologist recommended two for increased odds so we went ahead with it. Our concern with transferring two was the probability of the embryos splitting. Thankfully they didn't!

It was my first FET so they were thawed after abt 4 weeks. If the freezing and thawing techniques are good, the frozen time shouldn't be any different from fresh ones. That's what my IVF clinic told me as I've the same concern :)

I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant with twins, both day 5 frozen embryos… so chin up! Don't worry and have faith in your last embryo. You'll never know :) all the best for your FET!

    Any 1st-time Mummies?

Ribena and isotonic drinks leave a metallic after taste in my mouth which made my nausea worse. I've to brush my tongue after every drink to get rid of the taste, then start gagging from the brushing. It's a viscous cycle… I've not found my comfort food either.

    Any 1st-time Mummies?

10th week sounds good! I'm really really hoping it'll be better. I'm always in the state of hunger yet really adverse to sight of food. It's silly but it makes me cry just to think about eating… I will vomit almost every meal I ate, however little I eat.

    Any 1st-time Mummies?

I am going through exactly what you are going through… dizziness, nausea, migraine and vomiting everyday since week 5. I'm only in my week 7 now. It's so miserable.. hopefully the hormone level gets more stabilised and the symptoms will be more manageable.

Hi dontlosehope, I retrieved 16 eggs, and in my 7th week too. But I did FET. I remember I had ovaries pain for 3 weeks after ER. After that it's mainly general bloatedness. Could your embryo had implanted closer to the side so the pain is generally at the side?

I had a very very faint + sign with clear blur at 7dp5dt. The plus sign almost disappeared after 30mins. I tried digital clear blue and got pregnant 2-3 weeks at 8dp5dt. So I think the non digital clear blue can be really confusing. Subsequently I used hpt with pink indicators. The lines are...
