Hi Hammiebao Im 11 weeks pregnant :o) Just to add to Ally's list, avoid processed food like hotdogs, sausages, ham or bacon, as they contain preservatives and nitrites. Also I try to avoid food that is too salty to prevent water retention. Hope you are enjoying your preganancy :o)
