Jene, u can take another dose, usually 3 times a day, but don't take it for prolonged period due to risk of malabsorption of fat-soluble vitamins. Liquid paraffin is under the class of Mineral oil, whereas Fybogel is under Bulk Forming agents. There's a nice article here...
