Hi Gina, how much water is given to ur baby? I was told that water should not be given often. Does ur child have a hard poop? My baby used to have hard poop and I usually added more water to the formula milk....

Hi BabyTiger2010, I was told that 1st tri not advisable to travel. However, wk 23 should be ok, just make sure that u don't tire urself. Have plenty of fluids and lots of rest in btw. Also, if u are going long distance, have a few short walk in the plane.....

Hi Angela, I had irregular menses for the first 3 mths after delivery. My 1st menses also lasted for 2 weeks. It should be okay, don't worry about it. However, I heard if by the 3rd mth it is not back to normal, u should go see a gynae. Hope this helps...
