One of my gf told me whey protein easier to swallow and she, like bear, also use o.j with sacs... She said if shake shake not enough to remove the lumpy bits thats y she use oj with sacs so she can 'imagine' the lumpy bits also orange sacs.... Heheheh well, watever works i guess!
