Yvonne, Also can.. My yoga teacher once said tat if we hv no time at home, at least do 6 sets of sun salution will be sufficient. So everyday, i just do 6 sets of sun salution + a few simple poses.. I think i hv some notes n a book on yoga, i go n dig it out...
