Phylis, last time I also heartache on milk wastage but later I think the wastage amount not much.. Actually I have always been thinking, how much bf makes a difference to baby? Does 20ml bf for each feed helps in bb health? Or it make no difference? Anyone asked this question before?

I mean pour into another bottle which has been sterlize as well as rinse with warm water, so that milk easier to warm

Phylis, after I took out my breast milk from fridge I will pour milk into another bottle sterilize n rinse with warm drinking water. Then I will put the bottle into 60degree water to warm it.

Phyllis, your confinement lady bath bb twice also? Y need shower twice a day? Bb so clean.. I only clean bb with warm towel 5-6pm.

Dolly,what ur interval of bf? My bb like slim down..now only drink about 110ml max per feed of 5times a day..in between feeding I latch her.. My last feed at 1-2am, bb can sleep through till 6-7am. I din wake her up for feeding

After latching bb, if bb dont cry for more milk, but I know my bm not enough..cos every express only 40-60ml max, if u were me, will u top up with fm?
